Onsite Support

I come to you. On your terms, in your environment.

I try the problem remotely first. If it can be sorted without a visit, it will be. But some things need someone in the room: a printer setting checked in context, a cable verified, a network layout assessed, new equipment installed properly, a machine opened up for more memory or a new drive. When I do come out, I leave instructions behind, so you aren't dependent on me for what you can handle yourself.

Remote Support

Connected to your device in minutes. Problem solved before lunch.

I connect to your device, see exactly what you see, and work through it with you on the phone. You'll know what I did and why. I'm not interested in fixing things invisibly. Anything that doesn't need hands on hardware is usually faster this way, and for subscription clients it's there whenever you need it.

Infrastructure Design

The right setup from the start, matched to how you actually work.

A new office, a growing team, a home that needs to work end to end. I help you decide before you spend, and I research and source what suits your situation and your budget. I hold no supplier relationships, so nothing biases the recommendation. Where it makes sense I take delivery, configure and test everything before I arrive, and install it ready to use. You never deal with the boxes.

Coding and Web

From a clean website to a working web application. Built properly.

Websites, web applications, and the infrastructure behind them. A professional presence, a payment or membership portal, or a purpose built internal tool when off the shelf software doesn't fit the way you work. Domain, email and hosting come with it, so the whole thing runs from day one instead of arriving in pieces.
